My Therapist is Black, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please Note: Your order is extremely important to us. Some orders may be delayed due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. We appreciate your patience as we are doing everything we can to process your order as quickly and safely as possible while following all CDC guidelines and recommendations. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders will be processed Monday through Friday. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard Delivery Standard delivery is available via UPS/USPS.

Shipping Restriction We currently do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally.

Order & Shipping Confirmation After placing an order, two emails will be sent if a valid email address is provided. Please ensure that your email is correctly input. The initial email will contain a confirmation number with a recognition that your order has been placed. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive either email, please check your SPAM folder before contacting customer service.

THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU CHOOSE A SIZE THAT IS COMFORTABLE FOR YOU.

Incorrect or insufficient addresses: My Therapist is Black, LLC is NOT responsible for incorrect or insufficient addresses. Shipping charges for items returned to My Therapist is Black, LLC will not be refunded.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

What are the costs/fees associated with making a purchase? During checkout, sales tax will be collected in accordance with your local state laws as well as any applicable shipping charges.

My package was lost, damaged, or stolen. What should I do? My Therapist is Black, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been stolen or tampered with, you will need to file a claim with UPS/USPS or contact your local authorities.

When will my order be shipped? Orders are processed Monday through Thursday from 9am until 5pm and on Friday from 9am until 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is the observation of a holiday). Orders may take on average 7 to 12 business days to process. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when it has shipped.

When will I receive my order? Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. It may take on average 7-12 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding the observation of holidays) to process your order. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is the observation of a holiday). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How can I Track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking number will be activated when the shipping carrier receives your package from our facility.

Why was my card charged if the order has not been processed? When you place an order, you will receive a “pre-authorization” from the financial institution that issued your card for the transaction amount for your order. This is a transaction hold. These funds are being reserved within your account to ensure your order can be processed and charged upon shipment. If your order is canceled, the time required to remove this authorization or transaction hold is determined by the financial institution that issued your card and could range from 3 to 7 business days from the day of authorization. You will not be charged until your item has been processed and shipped.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box? No, our shipping carriers do not allow P.O. boxes as delivery addresses.
